The daily and weekly rates quoted above are good for the 2017 season only and are based on unit occupancy of either 2, 4 or 6 people as noted in the "Base Occ." column. The different types of housing units can sleep from 4-12 people as noted in the "Sleeps" column. If you have more people than the base occupancy you will be charged $10.00 per night per person for each extra person over the base occupancy up to the maximum number the unit sleeps. If you have any small children ages 2 and under, you will not be charged for them. During the prime summer season, the weekly rate is based on Saturday arrival after 4:00pm and the following Saturday departure before 10:00am. The "Base Occ." on all our camping sites is 2 people per site. If you have more than 2 people you will be charged $3.00 per night per person for each extra person. Again, small children ages 2 and under are FREE. Each RV, Camper or Tent counts as a site.
No pets are allowed in any of our rental units at any time. If you are traveling through our area with a pet and wish to stay at the Bar M, we will make effort to help you find suitable kennel accommodations near the resort. If you are a camping guest, we do allow small pets on leashes in the campground only.
Our reservation policy is intended to be fair to both our guests and ourselves. Our location is such that we do not have a large volume of traffic past our office, so we depend heavily on advance reservation business. Once we reserve a unit for a guest, we remove that unit from the market, refusing all other requests for it. All reservations require a deposit. During the Summer Season this deposit is $250.00 per resort room or $50.00 per campsite. During the Off Season, this deposit is one night's lodging or camping fee. The balance on the reservation must be paid upon arrival. There will be no refunds for early departure. If a guest cancels a reservation, every effort will be made to fill that vacancy. During Summer Season, only if the vacancy is filled in its entirety will the deposit be refunded. During Off Season, if at least 30 days notice is given for cancellation, those deposits will be refunded whether the unit/site is refilled or not. A $35.00 service fee will be deducted on all deposits returned.
